West Shore fulfilled every expectation. Called company on Wednesday and a designer, Jordan, came the same day. Jacob W and Parker C came the following Monday to install a walk-in shower, 5-star rating !!!
They were on time and did the best they could to patch up the creak in our shower until they can get it replaced

Amazing company! We had the project split into two parts. (~1/2 at a time>) BOTH crews were fantastic. We had such a pleasant time. ALL work was performed as promised & EVERYTHING was high quality products, service & labor, with great attention to detail. Great experience also with sales & customer service reps,as well,! I would give them 8 stars if I could.
The Wilmington NC team, Hector and Nick did a great job. They also left the room cleaner than they found it!
Andrew Hammond and Jalard Tate did an excellent job with removal and installation of new shower!

My wife and I could not be happier with West Shore Homes's new shower installed in our home. The work was excellent and I think that reflects the great employees they have. John and Cory were always careful and neat with their work and the result shows. Katie Singleton, the sales manager, delivered on every promise made to us. We could not be more pleased! Jacob Scott and Sequorie Blackwell were our installers. They were so nice and professional. They worked so well together and made my husband and I feel very comfortable about the work they were doing.
