Put in an oversized vanity, in the process tore out a supporting wall, took an extra 5 weeks to finish project� �..but charged me for completed project� �..customer service is very poor� �� �
Make sure your sales person knows truly what can be done in your space so you don't have to compromise with something you don't really want and aren't happy with
Westshore totally made a mess of our shower install. Plywood between wall and shower, does not go all the way down. Left rotted wood. Claimed they were making it right. Never heard from them again. $12,000.00 wasted.
They advertise a one-day service my drywall next to the tub needed to fix where they cut out was told they were going to send someone the next day to fix it never show up call the service department was told I had to wait two weeks for the drywall person to come to my house to fix it so I have to look at the hole in the wall for two weeks they do not care
Customer said project was completed
The price was very high. The install was so bad only the caulking could be fixed. The showerhead leaks and the shower rod is crooked (the right side is further than the left side). If you want a less expensive remodel, great Install in the Triad NC area. West Shore does not care. The installers were very rude. The repairman sent for caulking was nice and actually commented that it was not right without me saying anything about problems, just showing him the tub.
