Del Floyd was patient friendly and answered all my questions. He didn't seem like he was in a rush
Gary and John were excellent with their performance and did a great job. Always willing to answer your questions and made you feel like you were no bother. My husband and I were completely satisified and would have them come back anytime . They were a good team and worked beautifully together. Patio Door is beautiful.

Del Floyd was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, tolerated my questions and answered them in a manner I could understand, explained what to expect upon installation and was very understanding with my disabled status. And offered to accommodate my limitations. He is definitely an asset to westshore.
