On 28 Feb 2024, the two workers (Ben O. & Steven F.) from West Shore Home, arrived ~ 08:15 and started to work. I showed them where the water shut off was and opened the faucets on the stationary tubs to allow the pipes to drain. Ben discussed the process to remove the old bath and install the new unit. He went through the inventory of items to ensure that he was installing exactly what I had requested. My review is to make sure the installers, demo crew and laborers get the appropriate shout outs here. In a mostly male dominated industry, having a female own the demo and install was amazing. Especially when you� re a female who� s had horrible experiences with other contractors. This crew was amazing, professional, timely, detail oriented and so pleasant. I felt safe, and they treated my house like it was their own. They cleaned everything up, and were so respectful and communicative to me through each step. So much that a... read more
