RecommendedWest Shore Home installed new windows in our home today and much to our surprise it wasn’t the experience that we were dreading! We received a call this morning to let us know that the installers were on their way. When they arrived they introduced themselves, John Waldridge and Joseph Hartlage, then got immediately to work. RecommendedI have used West Shore Home several times to replace windows, all of them. They have replaced a bathtub with a walk in shower and a front door with side lights. We had 9 windows replaced on 6/13/2022. This day was in the 90’s with high humidity. We had 6 windows on the story to be replaced, needless to say the work was even harder. Jody Monroe even noticed a birds nest in a landscape tree that was in front of the window. John Waldridge was kind enough to work around the nest, that had eggs. RecommendedWe had a new shower installed (old shower/tub combo removed) on Monday June 13th. Our installers were Cody Y and Jordan M. They were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable in what they were doing. We didn't have to do any cleaning up, as they cleaned up after themselves as well. We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend friends check you out as well.
