Jordan M. and Jeremy were both great. Glad they did the install of our tub to walk in shower. It was a big task that they handled very professionally for us.
Shae and Daniel performed our Bathtub and Shower remodel. They arrived during the scheduled time gap, and were very professional as they entered, explaining the set up before working. As they performed the demo and install, they politely answered questions we had along the way. Prior to departing, they cleaned our home (where they worked) and their work area outside to our satisfaction. They also explained and cautioned us on the cure time and cleaning of the acrylic walls and bathtub. They are receiving a 5-star rating for ... read more

West Shore installer, David Peugh did a phenomenal job installing my beautiful new step in shower. He was courteous and polite as well as knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him and West Shore Home!
The West Shore installers, Shae and Logan, did an outstanding job, of installing my new shower. They both were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend that they each receive a reward, for a 5-star performance. Sincerely, rachford H Mauney
Great experience with Bernard, sales rep, who explained everything including options. Then Jordan M and John B. executed the installation flawlessly. Jordan explained the process and both delivered without any problem. Their passion to maintain a clean environment was demonstrated by blowing everything down prior to placing the items inside our home. Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend the company. Don't forget to ask for Jordan M and John B as your installers, you won't be disappointed!!!!
Brian and Ty were amazing! They were friendly, efficient and worked continuously ALL day long. We have a 70 year old home and they had to deal with getting some old tiles off the wall before they could install my new shower. They were on time, hand carried debris out of the house, and they cleaned up after themselves well. I would highly recommend both of them to work on your project, and our whole experience with West Home has been wonderful. The new shower is huge, and I can't wait to use it!
John and Jordan did a great job on installing my bathroom shower. At 3109 Barberry Lane Virginia Beach Virginia. Thank you
