Herl's installers, "Sean", and Kyle B", were both prompt, professional, and hard workers. My wife was pleased with the excellent craftsmanship, and the fact that they cleaned up after the bathroom renovation was completed. Also, Sean, and Kyle B., explained in detail how to care for our shower and door, including what cleaners were recommended. Thanks to West Shore Home / Herl's, for a job well done!
West Shore Home installed our new shower today. I could not be happier with the installers, Ray Brown & Ron Duval were very polite, courteous, & very clean. They allowed (even encouraged) me to take pictures whenever I wanted to. Both Ray & Ron answered all my questions without hesitation. I know we will enjoy our new shower for many years to come. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home to everyone.
Mike M & John & Stephen were great to work with. Very nice guys. They did a great job.
From Start to finish by far the best home improvement company we ever used. From our design consultant Bernard Fernandez who took his time and explain everything and was able to answer all our question. The installer Brian and Lamar were awesome every step of the project they took time to explain what they were doing and why. After the job was completed they did an excellent job with clean-up. All three men were very professional and polite. We are very happy with our new walk-in shower. If we could give more than five stars... read more
Michael M- I was very pleased with him from the front door to my bathroom. Very polite & professional. He came in to do side panels of a extended shower walls and he did a wonderful job. He deserves a 5 plus because my husband & i was very pleased with his work. If I was getting another bathroom done I would love to have him back. Thanks Michael M for a job well done.
I had Michael M & John remodel my bathroom, removed a bathtub and installed a shower, Very professional and I am very, very please with the work and would recommend them to anyone, VERY PLEASED
Aramis and David provided excellent customer service!
Stephen P. and Lamar D. were very professional in all manners. Talking and explaining problems that arose during install, also handle all calls to get a plumber on the job to quickly correct the problem. I want to give a huge shout out to them for leaving my home cleaner than when they arrived.
Schuyler and Brandon were very professional in the installation. We are very pleased with the shower installation. I would highly recommend West Shore Home.
