West Shore Home staff from the very first phone call I made until the end of my new shower installation were professional yet kind and sweet when speaking to me. My new shower looks great, new and modern. I couldn� t be more happy with it. The boys that installed it, Will and Zach, were so good at their job. Lucas Mooney came and fixed all the caulking issues we had .Lucas works for West Shore Home and he is very personable ,sees what's wrong and fixes it right in a timely manner. I highly recommend West Shore Home and if you need any touch ups or fixes ask for Lucas Mooney.
We love our new shower and so pleased with the work West Shore had done and the customer service we received! We had a very large jet tub in the master bathroom replaced with a large West Shore shower and they removed the small shower. All personnel from design to install did a great job and were very professional. The installers (Matt M. & Will J.) did great work and an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards.
