From John who did our estimate, to Jesse M and John F, this tub to shower conversion went exactly as John said would. Our water was off only for about 2.5 hours. Beautiful install. Nathan, Mike, Eric and crew did a wonderful job on our recent window installation. This was our second time working with West Shore, and we were just as delighted this time as we were the first. Everyone from the estimator to the installation crew were courteous and polite, and very tidy, and their attention to detail is fantastic. Super experience! Starting with their sales rep Kevin, scheduling department, and their installation crew of Josh & Tripp (J&T). We've been looking to have a simple remodel of our aged basement bathroom since we moved in, but decided to concentrate on our other bathrooms. We are so pleased with our new windows. Bob and Mike were on time, very professional, ad courteous , The workmanship was superb. The quality of the windows fit in perfectly as was promised. Our only issue was the screens, which was a miscommunication and Bob put the correction im before we wrote the check. They were very thoughtful of our household items insider and out. Nathan John and Bob were a pleasure to work with today. They were very friendly and professional. My son and I felt comfortable the entire time they were here and went about our day just fine. I would highly recommend Westshore and this group of guys. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. We had our bay windows replaced and they look great! Very happy with the job and the entire process.
