wonderful deal for the money
Installers were a great team. Shower was installed in about 7 hours. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a new walk-in shower.
Treat each person as individual, cater to everyone. Great job for great price
Had new shower installed the sliding glass door will not stay closed the company has been here to repair it and as I here is that the glass doors we use is not good ones
At first the finished bathtubs seemed like they were good quality. Now I have to constantly get the caulking redone. I am not happy or satisfied with the service provided.
The sales rep that sold us the product was not available for me to communicate with after the sale because he quit the company according to the installers. He misrepresented his product and left me with an unusable shower. Even though West Shore may be willing to come to a rural area to do partial installation be sure there is someone in your area to complete the job. This company NEVER came back to sign the paperwork for the Va to approve the loan to pay them. The person Shaun that was suppose to come back out have made several appt to come back with no show I call they office to have a manager to call me so they could send someone else out but she NEVER called back. This company is the worst I am feeling some kind of way maybe is it that we is black I do not know but the money was no issue we got approved for the loan I live in a nice area. West Shore lied about the timeframe for payments to begin. They use a 3rd party company and I was told I had 13 months to pay before interest rates would start. I went with Greensky and they sent me a statement within 3 weeks of the job completion stating I had 6 months to payoff my shower before interest charges would incur. **Don't believe the financial advertisement on tv**
Lots of human error. They responded to all issues, but it took a long time and many trips. We financed for 24 months no interest no payment, except that is not what received. Instead payments started day one and interest after 6 months. We feel duped.
