The installers Charles and Freddie were top notch fabulous. Couldn� t ask for better installers. But... it took 5 months for the door to � come in� and although I was promised a tent and a big heat blower to keep us warm, I got nothing. So I had a huge hole in my wall for 4 hours in 20 degree weather. Mom is 88 and was freezing, and my heat ran non stop for hours and hours. I can only imagine my heating bill this month. Not good at all. Only book them in the summer! But Charles and Freddie were great!
The crew and workmanship was great. However, I believe the price is inflated for what you get.
It was the most horrible experience in my life. It took almost 3 weeks to partially finish it. They never finished the drywall. They took the money $15,000.00 before it was completed and one week to finish after they took the money and a call to their corporate headquarters. They damaged an electrical line and an electrician had to come and he had to pull the baseboard in the bedroom to fix it. We then had to fix the baseboard. I do not recommend them at all.

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.
They hard sell you. Buy now or offer goes away. They broke the main window and put blue painters tape on it, so we had to wait two more months looking at that. When we called to complain, they didn;t get back to my husband until after several calls. The lady who works in the office was rude to my husband on the phone. My husband called a few weeks later and, guess what, they forgot to even order the replacement window. It was a difficult job due to a previous remodeling handyman's excess use of concrete which had to be jackhammered out.
