We had an excellent experience working with West Shore Home. ***** ******, from sales, was congenial, informative, and helped us make decisions. ***** *. And ***** installed the new shower. Their work was carefully and precisely completed. I would definitely use this company again thanks to these gentlemen.
I had Adrian, Jorge and Nick here today to get some windows and a sliding door installed. All three of them did a great job. When they were done, they cleaned up everything so you wouldn’t even know they were here. They also answered any questions I had for them. I would definitely refer them to anyone wanting to get new windows or doors.
We had a shower installation done back in 2024 and the although the initial installation seemed great, we later experienced a variety of issues with the installation! To West Shores credit, after multiple service calls they determined that the installation was not completed in line with their standards! They decided that they would redo the entire installation from the ground up, and sent out ****** and ***** to demolish the original shower and install a new one! This is a PREMIER COMPANY in my opinion! They removed our 70's garden tub and shower and built our new custom walk in shower which is perfect...in SO many ways! The crew were professional, courteous,respectful and friendly and arrived at specified time and finished in 9 hours as promised. West Shore Homes replaced a garden window in my home .They did an awesome job window looks great trim work great and mess all cleaned up.I would recommend them to anyone.This is there second job for me they remodel my bath room last year with same great service
