*** and ********* came into our home with professionalism and knowledge. Explained everything they were doing in detail. Answered all of our questions and even had questions for us. We liked that. Watching the process of removing our old tub and putting in a shower was awesome. From start to finish it was done in a manner of knowledge. Two very nice men. We're extremely happy with our experience with West Shore Home! We had 15 windows installed in 9 hours yesterday. These guy's came to work. They got there exactly when we were told and immediately got to it. They were all extremely respectful of our home and especially our wild children lol. They left everything clean and we're extremely thorough with there work and attention to detail. Had our new bath and stand up shower installed about a year ago. Had a small issue with the caulking. Called them and they came right out. ****** came and took care of my issues very quickly. He was very professional efficient. I was pleased with the work and that they took care of the issue right away. Thank you West Shore and ******!
