I ordered my tub to walk-in shower on October 30, 2021 and was told they would call within 6-8 weeks for the installation. They called me on November 03, 2021 and set up the install for November 04, 2021. They came on the 4th and we� re done in 6 hours and it was perfect and just what we wanted! ! The 3 installers did a great installation and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would recommend West Shor Home for anyone� s shower remodel. Thanks for a great job in a timely maner to Grant, Hunter and Pete!!!!

From the Design Consultant David O. to the Crew of Shawn C. and Rob R. who came for the install we had nothing short of a 5 Star experience. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. They were very professional, friendly, timely, and considerate. We are so happy with our install we plan to use them again for future Home Improvements. Thank you for your excellent service!!
I am in awe. Rob R and Shawn C are amazing! It took them less than 6 hours and I've got a masterpiece. They did a tub to shower transformation. These two guys are truly professionals. Very kind and courteous. Mess? What mess? I'd highly recommend and give more stars if I could. These guys need a big raise. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. John W and Mike S did the removal of our bathtub/shower and installed a beautiful shower and they were so professional and worked from the time they walked in the door until the job was complete. Grant and Hunter did our install, and they were great. They were on time and courteous throughout. They removed an old tile shower, which was not an easy task, and replaced it with a clean modern shower. We feel lucky to have had them work for us. Will use again.
