My appointment time was between 8:00 and 10:00 am. *** and ** arrived at my house at 8:00. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful that I didn't have to call and check on the *** like I have to do with most contractors. They were very cheerful, polite, and friendly. They could tell I was a bit nervous and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. This was an amazing experience. I would recommend. The service and the efficiency of the men that come to our home to renovate the bathroom by removing the tub to replace with a shower was amazing. We also want to give a shout out to our salesman Mr * as I call him, a job well done from beginning to end.

The installers were very professional and thorough. Tay V and **** *. They were polite, clean and cute. And they cleaned up after the installation very good. Thank you Tay and ****. I also liked that they didnt stop Even in the 17 degree weather. So fast and did a good job ??

Just had Sinon and ******* from West Shore Home here today to convert my Bathroom Tub into a Walk-In Shower and they did a fantastic job! I couldnt be happier! They were professional, polite and efficient and it was a pleasure to have them in my house. Not a speck of dust or dirt from this renovation remained when they were finished! I highly recommend them and their company!

What can I say about this Awesome Team... starting with meeting with **** *****, 2 weeks later 2 my bathrooms done in 1.5 days, yup... that's all it takes.. 1.5 days. Great & Profesional Team : Day 1: ****, TJ, ****** **** B, *********, *******, Day 2: ***** TJ, ****** *****, *******, the hard-working team, great time management, team management, very professional.I highly recommend anyone who needs bathroom remodeling with them.
