Great service and very detailed and organized. Dexter and Cam work all day and did the installation. I would give both of them the highest rating ever.
Brian & Jeff did a great job removing old tub/shower and replacing with new shower. Explained cleaning and care for new shower. One day job as promised.
1st of all, our salesman Dave V. was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy. The installation team, Tyler, Mason, & Neil, were second to none! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled! The entire installation looks great and fits like a glove. They cut & fit everything to exacting specifications. Brian and Jeff from the Charlotte team were wonderful - performed all the work within the expected timeframe, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new shower before they left.
The coupling came off one of our grab bars, Frank fixed it for us� � I really enjoyed having him in my home. Frank was early for the appointment, which I greatly appreciated!!!! I was having such a bad day, and then came Frank who was a delight!!!! Really nice shower! Love the doors, makes the area look really expensive� �
I am very pleased with the job that Kemon, Ben, Calvin, Keith, Imani, Jonathan, Makay and Dustin did in our home. They were courteous, friendly and worked hard while they were here. I would not hesitate in recommending West Shore Home to friends and neighbors. The windows are much better quality than the windows I replaced and will be a lot easier to clean.
