The whole experience with West Shore has been phenomenal. From the moment we started speaking with the designer, I felt comfortable with team and products they use.(Whirlpool, Moen, etc.) We were initially set to install in February of 2022, but they were able to get us done a month AHEAD of schedule! Sean C. and Dale L. were AWESOME! Arrived on the early part of the scheduled arrival time. Vary respectful! Did a wonderful job installing our new standard shower the way we wanted. They did everything that was explained would happen from beginning to end. Their clean up was great! Overall, I?m glad we went with WEST SHORE HOME.
Austin and Ezekiel were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained exactly what the process was and kept us informed as to their progress. Cleaned up after they were finished.

Jim Halloran was an excellent consultant. He knows his product and is so patient and professional about explaining everything. He helped me through the entire process and I felt so comfortable about it. My installers were incredible. Kevin J and Dan couldn't have been more professional and expert at what they were doing.
