They installed windows on the back side of our house a couple of years ago. One window started leaking during heavy rains on two separate occasions. We notified West Shore and they had someone come out within 24 hours on both occasions. The first time the technician thoroughly caulked around and that seemed to have solved the problem until recently. The leak came back this week.
