I had my windows installed one week ago...they are beautiful and such high quality! Ralph, Brett, Eric, Mark, Judah, and Luke are a professional and efficient team...it was so obvious that they were a true TEAM! It seemed like they actually enjoyed the job and working together. They were respectful of my messy house, and even nice to my dogs. My floors and carpets were cleaner than when they arrived after they vacuumed and mopped! Eric the professional window installer from West Shore was very professional in all aspects of his work today when installing our new kitchen windows. He explained everything and demonstrated how to open the window as well as insert and remove the screens for the windows. The casing on the inside and outside are awesome. The new walkin shower looks great, can't wait to use it. Jeremy and Torin did an awesome job, worked hard to get it done fast and done right. At the end of a long day still took time to make sure they cleaned up every where they worked. We had very professional service from the first phone call, to our in home info appt. with Shannon to our install with Brook and Johnny. The installers Brook & Johnny were wonderful, finished job ahead of schedule and kept everything neat & tidy the whole time! We are very happy with Westshore and it� s staff!
