They were professional and personable. The installer arrived as scheduled. The remodel took 8 hours. This includes the clean-up. I was impressed by the neatness of his work. I have a disability, They accommodated my special needs. He took the time to let me decide the best placement for the grab bars, soap dish, and the lower holder for the showerhead, Thank you to Willie/Vinny for your professional and expert service.

Evan the salesman was very polite and explained the process very well. The installers (Grant, Brandon and Nate K.) were very professional, courteous and though throughout the installation process. I� d highly recommend this company and the installers for any home improvement project!
Our experience with West Shore was fantastic. Our primary concern was having the job completed in one day and the crew was prompt, courteous and the work was perfect. We had an additional ledge added at a later date and the installer, Joey Kun, was fantastic. I would definitely use West Shore again.
We have been happy with our choice to use West Shore Home from start to finish. Mr. Fleming, the Sales Rep came to our home and provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. We appreciated that we felt no pressure to purchase. The day of the installation, our installers Paul and Erik were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Joe and Tim, the crew on the project for 6/25/21 installing my new tub and surround, were very courteous, professional and hard workers. It was a long day and I didn't notice any breaks for lunch or anything. The working space was small and had many steps with every trip. Never seemed tired (had to be) or unpleasant. Please give them a large bonus!! They went over what they did and explained thoroughly and kindly answered any questions I had.
