We had our existing tub/shower replaced... Josh P. and Tristen H. were did excellent work. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. Their work was neat and clean. Very satisfied!

I shopped around at different companies and went with Westshore Homes because of the product. The salesman was not great, had a lot of hiccups, however the sales manager recovered nicely. The installers were amazing! Very professional, detailed work and cleaned up well. I purchased all new windows, sliding doors and my front door so it was a big project. THE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. TRAVIS B/ALEX W were sent to do the job and they were excellent, they left the area spotless.
The crew (Chris Brazil and William) arrived early, getting busy with the complicated demo of a 1-piece fiberglass jacuzzi tub enclosure in a 1957 home. They had the demo done well before lunch and took to framing in to square in my cinder block wall home so the shower would be plumb and square. They worked meticulously to get ancient trap out, installing a new one before placing the pan in the newly plumbed trap. While we were a little hesitant to go with West Shore because of their pricing and our current budget, we spoke with manager Katie S. who reached out to us, and was able to find us a payment plan we could work with. Pedro D and Jermaine P came to do our tub to shower replacement and did a fantastic job. Douglas Broadwater was exceptional. He thoroughly went over the product and options and patiently waited while we made the final decision on what we wanted to do with our bathroom. He met with us on a Saturday and that following Wednesday, the installers Willie and John came out to install our beautiful new walk in shower! Brain J and Oscar M Was awesome ONE TIME is a plus to me ... yes on time and greeted me and was ready to start ASAP ! notified me that they are going take a lunch brake and wasn't even long. Brain and Oscar the whole time was very neat with all their equipment and was not even loud very well respectful gentlemen. They even cleaned the entire bathroom . I'm very pleased with their work highly recommend
