Neil F did a wonderful job installing our new shower. He was on time, courteous and did a really top notch job with everything.
We hired West Shore to remodel both of our bathrooms, however a few days after the 3 day money back contract expired our son came down with Corona-19 and our water heater went out. At that point we needed our deposit back and cancel the project for the near future. I was expecting push back since we were outside the full refund window, however to my surprise, the VA Beach sales manager, after a phone call to the corporate office, was able to get us all of our money back. Kaile and Jeff came and took out the old shower replaced boards, etc. installed new shower and cleaned up all of the mess all in one day. They were very pleasant while working in our home. Thank you to both of them.

What an Excellent job. We he'd these folks to remodel our master shower. From the initial contact with Representative Willie to the finishing of the project everything was was professional.
