Did everything they said they were going to do. No surprises, no we aren't able to fit this in, etc. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience from the design to the install. I called for a free consultation and Anthony P came to our house that evening. He worked with us to help us design what we wanted. Our installers, Michael F and Mike S arrived at 9:30 am and 9.5 hours later we had a beautiful new tub and shower. They did a wonderful job, were very professional, and we are very pleased.
