I am very happy with Getting so much help with my selections for my shower.. And most of all with the i Installation! Shane, Tyler, and Alec did a fantastic job! They were very polite and always cleaned up after job was finished! I would recommend this company very. Highly! Also the installers! Very respectful! I would give them 10 Stars!
The experience was AWESOME! Aaron and Malik came on time, was very professional, and clean. They also did cleaning after completing the work. My expectations were high and they met all of them. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to having my other bathroom completed.
I called west shore home to remodel both bathtub/shower units on a house I just bought. John Wood came to my house for my free consultation. We went through the whole process and put together an idea for my new bathrooms. The turn around rate was amazing. I had a crew installing my bathrooms 5 days later and they turned out amazing. West Shore Home replaced our old tub and shower with a new shower. The team of Alec and Richard K arrived on time and first viewed the work area. After some discussion and suggestions Alec contacted his manager and it was decided that someone would bring some different/additional materials for the job. Meanwhile Alec and Richard got to work. I am extremely grateful for the suggestions as I feel they made the shower perfect. I definitely give the installers five stars and the company five stars for their customer service.
West Shore Home redid our shower to a handicap shower. Very pleased with our installers Tyler and Wes. Very Professional, clean, polite and handled everything. We didnt know where our shut off valve for water was; we had only be in the house a year. They got it figured out and finished the job in record time.
