Very impressed with response time for our project. Installers Michael & Mike arrived and immediately went to work. They kept us involved during the project, answered any questions we had and were very professional & courteous all day. And they put in a long day! At the end of the day they made sure things were all back in order. Very happy with end result.
West Shore Home installers Jacob S. and Joe L. did a fantastic job converting our bathtub to a shower. They finished in less than a day and answered all of our questions as they did the install. There were a couple of miss communications between the salesman and the install, but those two guys did there best to give us what we were told we were getting.

Our installers were Cody Tingler and Zach Stone. These two were awesome, professional, thorough, friendly & accommodating. The shower looks great. The workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend these two for installation work.

My master bath had a large tub that I did not use and a small shower. I hired West Shore Home to pull out my old shower and tub and install a new, larger shower. Mitchell Navarro came out to assess the bathroom, asked me some questions and came up with the perfect design. The installer, Garrett Barbour, showed up on time, was professional, worked the entire time and ensured I had the shower exactly as agreed upon. Basing the shower around my frosted window turned out better than I imagined.
