Our team from West Shore, Drake Dunn and Lawrence Stout, showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional, did a thorough walk thru of the job, put down floor covering to protect our home, and got to work. Watching the process unfold transforming from a 35 year old bath tub to a beautiful full surround shower was amazing. As promised it was a one day removal and install. William, Babar and Brenda were great to work with and kept us up to date on every aspect of the shower install. They were on time and and cordial. Our new shower looks GREAT. They left everything clean and all the trash was hauled off! Very pleased with the new shower and the West Shore Homes.

Tim Jobe and Jeff Farr were great craftsmen who did a fabulous job and cleaned their mess. These two went beyond expectations, worked diligently and completed the work in a very timely manner. Would I use these two again? Definitely!!
