Justin Kiser was an excellent Design Consultant. Joe H & Tim S were the installers. Excellent knowledge, manners, work ethic, & job quality. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
From the consultation to the installation we have been very pleased with West Shore Homes. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our old cast iron tub and old bathroom tile walls and install a new tub and bath wrap. Jenny and Shane arrived on time for the install and were friendly, courteous and professional. They did a great job, kept everything clean and worked hard. We are very happy with the outcome.
Bathroom Renovation: Jason, Dan, Andre, Tyler, Lee, and Travis B. did an excellent job in a timely manner. They had to remove and replace a leaking ceramic-tile shower enclosure and a really ugly 1970's brown cast-iron spa tub. The new fixtures are a vast improvement over the old and will make it easier to sell my house.

The installers; Brandon, Braxton, and Hunter, came out and immediately got to work taking out my old bathtub shower fixtures, and bathroom walls. They completely stripped our old bath and continued to work diligently installing our new bath until the job was completed on the same day as advertised. They did an outstanding job to include an excellent cleanup afterward. We are more than pleased with their work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bath!
The install of my walk-in tub the installers cracked the tub in top corner & broke the molding on the wall & left it as is. I called CS they were very helpful & sent a repairman who I can not give enough starâ� � s for his services!! In my opinion & experience Frank Scofield is top choice & a huge asset to this company!! Canâ� � t thank him enough!!
The installation was so fast! Travis B., Chad, Johnny were very nice and answered all my questions. They kept me informed of progress. In the end, they cleaned everything up, leaving no mess. I am so pleased with the installation that I� m seriously considering them doing our second bathroom!

The salesman and installers were knowledgeable. The installers were very nice, and clean up everything before leaving. They were definitely on time and finish the install in one day...Happy with the SHOWER INSTALL.
