Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before i... read more
My sales consultant Daniel H was very knowledgeable and provided us multiple choices within our budget. Our installers Pedro D and Brain J were EXCELLENT!!!! What a difference a day makes ! The removal of a bathtub and the installa- tion of a walk-in shower was completed in about eight hours. This was done by Ashton Bradham and Lawrence Stoudt,,both very professional and very courteous. They patiently answered any questions that we had. These two young men are definitely fine representatives of your company. The sales rep, James Oswald, was also very helpful and considerate. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
We are very pleased with out new shower. The install team of Andre and Alec did an outstanding job. They were very professional and knew their craft. I would highly recommend this service!
