West Shore Home came to give estimate. Presentation was long and a bit over the top sales-y. However, we gave them a shot because we thought the quality of the window was good. Follow up was excellent and my project was actually scheduled earlier than originally quoted. When the crew arrived (Steve and team) it was like watching a well-oiled machine. They were so professional and so professional, I was very impressive. They replaced 15 windows in a day....it was amazing how much care they took to clean up, finishing the caul... read more

Robert and Patrick were the crew that came over and did the acrylic shower install (which included removal of bathtub). They were professional, extremely courteous and mindful of the cleanliness as they were working. They worked efficiently at getting the job done with maximum effort. They were very personable and informative regarding the product(s) and the company. It was a pleasure having such a professional crew in my home.
