My wife and I were under the impression that we were getting stone from talladega Alabama, and it was a man made plastic like product, but overall we are pleased with the end result. It did require a second visit as a solid wall was 2 pieces with a seam and it looked terrible, reached out to the company and they sent the same crew, one of which said some customers like the seam, I find that hard to believe due to the horizontal pattern having lines which do not line up if not one piece, Luckily after reviewing the contract I... read more

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Drew, Steve, Tony, and Eric were all very professional and friendly. I look forward to having more projects done on my home by West Shore Homes.
The sales rep, Jonah and the installers, Grant and Josh, were prompt, accommodating, professional and very friendly. The entire replacement was done in one day, my home was left spotless. Very good job.
Customer service was great from start to finish. were on time for all appointments and install. installers Rick C & Joe Mc were great worked in rain storm and never missed a beat. My only word to West Shore and all other bath remodel companies of this size is you need to consider a more cost friendly line for those on a fixed income, like materials purchased at a home improvement store would have cost me 1,200.00 , my job was 9,000.00 with discounts, they did help me get good financing, and I know there material may be of be... read more
I'm totally obsessed with my beautifully remodeled bathroom shower!! Angie and Nazim were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail of the job. They also kept be advised as to what they were doing, and I really appreciated that!. Thank You Westshore, and Thank You Angie and Naz for and excellent Job.
