Have had the tub for a while. An access panel had come loose, and they fixed it at no charge.
Salesperson Joe was attentive and knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time explaining and making sure I wascomfortable with what was going to take place. Installers, Eathan, Ayo and Riley,were on time, clean and professional. Work was done in the expected time frame with the exception of the City Inspector in which they had no control over. Robert had to return to repair additional unexpected Sheetrock issue and he was also on time and efficient.
