Joey explained what caused the issues with the caulk. He provided us with the information needed to no longer have this issue. Joey was extremely professional with myself and my spouse.
We replaced 4 picture windows and 3 double-hung windows that were 50 years old. The entire process from first sales call to final installation was smooth and worry free. Dalton in sales was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Tanner, Cameron, Chase; and Sven handled the installation with the utmost professionalism, and answered any questions we had with courtesy and patience. We� re already planning to replace more windows in the next couple of years and will definitely have West Shore do those as well.
Christian and Alex did a great job on my hall bath while John and Jamar did a tub to shower conversion in my master. Everyone was great !!! Thanks
