Will Helton and Josh Rivera were very great during the whole process - super young men!
There were six young men who arrived when they said they would, and each one was very polite, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They worked hard and completed the job of replacing 16 windows in one day. I would highly recommend these men and the company they represented, Window World. My experience from first contact to the last was very positive and pleasant!
Brandon Williams, Reginald Brown, Tanner Poe, and Sven Johnson were very professional, personable, and did a nice job explaining the process. Appreciate their work ethic.

West Shore customer service is always excellent! Greg arrived early and could not have been more professional, polite, and efficient! He spent a great deal of time showing me places in the unit that they could renew. He explained in terms I could fully understand, as well as demonstrating how a product could be used to clean the glass shower doors: I love how they look and now keeping them clean will not be such an endeavor! Greg is truly an asset to West Shore Home and Most assuredly deserves a salary bump or some PTO.
