West Shore Homes (WSH) installed a walk-in shower in my home and did an exceptional job! I love it! A couple of months later I called and asked to have sliding doors installed. WSH sent Service Technician Frank Scofield who arrived promptly for our appointment and explained what he planned to do. During the installation Frank noted the wheels on one of the doors was making noise (manufactures defect) and promptly fixed the problem. Easy install. Tub to shower conversion. 2 days tops.
Shower install went as planned with a few small items requiring a follow-up visit. All items were resolved to my satisfaction. The shower is a wonderful addition to our home.
