The team was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up any mess, explained what they were doing, advised my care and use, and helped with placement of shelves and grab bars for my walk in shower. They were kind in dealing with my limitations. Christian even offered his arm to negotiate the space so I could choose in situ placement of handheld shower dock, grab bars and shelves. The kind of folks you welcome to your home and great representatives of West Shore Home! West Shore is lucky to have both Christian and Daniel.
Amazing experience! Appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of Josh Paul, Consultant who made the whole process painless. A nice shout out to the installers, Daniel and JT who came ready to go and did a fantastic job and answered all our questions and concerns. We love the look and quality of the West Shore Home bathtub and shower surround. I highly recommend this wonderful company!
