He confirmed it would be a great solution to the mystery of how my second-floor bathroom kept leaking into my living room every two years after the caulking got saturated and mildewed since 2/2016. Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and I contacted West Shore, knowing that simply replacing the bathtub wouldn't solve the leak. West Shore wouldn't try to re-open my ceiling again. Joey Mmmmuyexperiencee was great. Joey was so easy to work with.
All the installers were very friendly and courteous. Could answer any of my questions. They covered everything in the area to protect it. The job was finished in one day as advertised and afterwards they cleaned up as if they had not been there. The materials were top grade and the build out was very professional. I had contacted other companies but West Shore impressed me the most with the quality of their materials and their presentation. I got my moneys worth. Could not be more pleased.
