Joey was very nice to talk to. He came in, went right to work, explained everything he was doing. Handheld installed & water handle was corrected.

The installers Tristan V. and G were great. They came early, and explained everything before installation. They were very professional and friendly. They finished the job before 4 o'clock and the conversion from tub to shower turned out better than I expected.
