Joey was our technician. He did an awesome job. He took time to explain some things we could do to help with the maintenance and cleaning of our shower. Our shower look as good as new. Thank you for your assistance Again Joey did an awesome job.

Steven A. and Jake S. arrived around 8 am. They kept busy with gathering tools and materials from the truck and setting them on the front porch till we arrived home at 8:30. Once we arrived home they took their tools and materials to the bathroom which is in the 3rd floor. Through out the day they kept busy and completed the job by 6pm. Beautiful exterior door inside and out. I like the color but would of liked more color options. Craftsmanship quality. Install crew stayed until the job was done and didn't try to sell me extra work that I know they had to do. Great cleanup. Rekeying the door was not included so now I need a locksmith. Still give it a 5star rating because the door feels so good open and closing and the glass work looks great. Touch up paint bottles were provided for my exterior paint color and the white interior.
The crew of Matt, Austin, Gus, George, Nick, Josh, Charley, and Logan were professional and courteous. They explained any questions I had and made sure the work was done correctly.
The service technician, Joey, is great,, He has been to my house on three occasions and each time heâ� � s very professional and does a superb job!! Joey is also very friendly and knows what to do to take care of the problem!!
Nick D and James R arrived at 8:30 AM, Nick reviewed the work order with me and began to remove the old tub and walls. By 11:00 AM they had everything removed and started the install. Work was completed at 5:45 PM. Excellent customer service, kept me informed the whole time, excellent workmanship and a complete review of everything done. West Shore Home delivers on exactly what they said they were going to do.
Nathan, Dan, and the crew came out to install, two entry doors on our house and these guys did a fantastic job on the install. The work was very neat and we are very happy with the end result. I am really happy that west shore did not sub out the work. They came themselves and did a very good and thorough job. Very happy with quality of the work and professionalism of the entire team.
