Fast, professional, aesthetically appealing product, great customer service, commitment to customer satisfaction, pleasant workers and phone service people. Kaitlynn really looked after us to make sure the project was done properly. Coltrin and Kimball (installers) were nice guys and did a great job! Cleaned everything up nicely after working.

My folks needed a new shower for the elderly. The bathtub was just too dangerous. Called West Shore Home for help with getting a new shower installed. Fast and easy. They did the installation in one day. Our installers were Brandyn Blackwell and Fernando Bells. They were very professional, did everything we asked. They got the job done in less than a day. The new shower was perfect. Now my parents can shower safely. I would definitely recommend getting this done by these professionals. Couldn't be any happier.
James and Cory replaced my shower, I cannot say enough to convey what a wonderful job they did. They were the best , worked all day. Friendly and very hard workers. I highly recommend them.. They guaranteed one day service, and they delivered.

They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, with a strong work ethic, and strived to satisfy my needs. Any work done done on a 73 year old house comes with issues.
