All three men- Rick, Justin and Robert were very friendly and professional.
Marc, Alister, Troy and Ed did a great job installing our new front door. We are very satisfied and our door looks fantastic. Great team to work with, very professional and polite.
The Knoxville Window Team (Aaron, Brandon, Landon, Will, Jackson, & Eli) were very punctual (arrived 10 minutes early) and reviewed all the windows and AL edging materials with me. I made an on-the-fly change in color on the outside trim which they graciously accommodated no questions asked. The Team was very polite and courteous. Greg was friendly and thorough and clean.
I had exterior doors and storm doors along with some windows installed. The crew which consisted of Devin, Marcos, Jason and Kristina where very curtious,and answered all questions I had. The guys that installed my windows were very thorough in cleaning up afterwards. They laid drop cloths to make sure not to track any mud because it was pouring rain. Josh R Al D and Tyrone B was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to operate my new windows before they left. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs their windows replaced. GREAT Job
