Pablo and Oz arrived promptly as scheduled, greeted me with the utmost respect. They worked diligently without wasting time. I greatly respected the fact that they informed me of each step they made during the install. Very nice and professional. I enjoyed having them here and my install from tub to shower is gorgeous. Jeff and Evan and Chris were wonderful. They were efficient and respectful. They did an amazing job. They worked thru issues ,this is an older home, so they were able to complete the job in one day as promised. I can't stop smiling every time I walk past my bathroom and look in. I'm very very pleased.

Frank Scofield was awesome. Through all the trouble we've had finally getting our shower fixed, both times he's been wonderful and went above and beyond to make us happy! Our shower looks even better now! He's made up very happy customers in the end and u would trust him with any project!

West Shore Home did a FANTASTIC job with our new shower!! Cam and Cody were extremely professional and kind. They worked well together and did high quality work. David was also amazing!! He has kept up with us since we signed the dotted line and stayed with us throughout the process. He assured that we were taken care of and that everything happened smoothly, professionally, with quality, and ease for our family. Thank you all so much!!!!

The installer team consisted of Jake and Phil. They were very professional and respectful. They even vacuumed after they were finished. They did a fantastic job and if I needed similar work performed in the future, I would ask for Jake and Phil to do the work. The walk-in shower looks and is terrific! Great job!
