I have had a couple of hiccups with this project. However, this company bends over backwards to take care of any problems that you might have. Unlike other experiences I've had with other people, I don't have to call them four or five times before they come over and fix the issue. They respond immediately!

West Shore did all that they said they would do and more. We replaced two tubs with walk-in showers. The floors were slippery. We asked what we could do. They installed some clear non-slip material to the floors at no cost.
The installers were great. Jamari� s ,Ishmael,,and Nautical
Austin, Nick, and Drew did a great job. They were fast and cleaned up well highly recommend.
