Great experience from beginning to end. Sven Johnson was the installation "boss" and he along with the entire crew were careful, thorough, pleasant and very competent. An enjoyable experience and I highly recommend the entire team at West Shore Homes in Chatannooga. .
The whole process was easy. We had to reschedule the installation of our bathtub a few times because my husband was in an accident. But Westshore was very accommodating and made rescheduling easy. On installation day Daniel and Shawn were great! They arrived early and were very efficient, professional and nice. There was minimal dust, were very clean when sawing and taking out old hardware and they even vacuumed twice before they left! They made sure we liked the product before leaving. This was a awesome experience.... Josh and Timmy came in and had my bath tub and surrounding shower wall done in 1 day... Very friendly, respectful and knew their stuff...thank you West Shore Homes!!!
