This was a awesome experience.... Josh and Timmy came in and had my bath tub and surrounding shower wall done in 1 day... Very friendly, respectful and knew their stuff...thank you West Shore Homes!!!
From the salesperson to the product to the installers, service was top notch. Billi showed up on time for the quote. The installers (Harley and Lynn) showed up on time, The schedulers were so pleasant on the phone. They told us 6 to 12 weeks to get the job completed. The materials we selected came in early so they moved it to 4 weeks. Then we got a call asking if we wanted to move it up even more as they had a cancelation. Great service wonderful clean up after, overall a great experience very professional, explained everything, took there time explaining everything.
No issues with installation and they will have to come back to finish up a radius window trim that required special measurement.
Great experience from beginning to end. Sven Johnson was the installation "boss" and he along with the entire crew were careful, thorough, pleasant and very competent. An enjoyable experience and I highly recommend the entire team at West Shore Homes in Chatannooga. .
The whole process was easy. We had to reschedule the installation of our bathtub a few times because my husband was in an accident. But Westshore was very accommodating and made rescheduling easy. On installation day Daniel and Shawn were great! They arrived early and were very efficient, professional and nice.
