The installation was quick and efficient. Devin and his crew Marcos, Matthew and Sean did an excellent job not just in the installation but explaining the process, answering all my questions and listening to any requests that I had. They all went above and beyond the call of duty to make this experience as pain free as possible.
West Shore came out and remodeled my old tub/shower only a week after my initial consultation. Dexter and Justin did an excellent job. They were very professional, respectful, and friendly.
My sales person, Jim, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installers. Brett, Mark, Jayden, and Nate, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Love my new windows!

Frank Vareen & Lee were professional, friendly, clean, considerate and did quality work. They were set up for rain or shine and took care in getting up and down stairs, making sure everything was covered and nothing was marked up as well as leaving it as clean as when they first came in. I would definitely request and or refer these two gentlemen for future work for myself and or others. They were fantastic.
