Justin and Traci arrived on time and were highly skilled. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the customer service team that assured we got a fantastic job.
The installers were on time, very informative on the job. They kept the job site clean. Frank Vereen was the lead and an excellent lead. Lee Blackstock was the assistant and you could see he also knew the work. I highly recommend this crew!!!

Workers we're very nice and explained things. Love the whole shower set up. Fit the bathroom perfectly. Thank you Angel M and Kamal S yall did a great job!
These types of projects are mostly about the quality of the installation. West Shore Home sent Michael C. as the installer and he was extremely talented. The project turned out beautifully and was completed in one day.
Professional - they delivered what they promised. Removed the old tile and tub, repaired a small crack in the drain line and installed the new walk in shower in one visit. The install crew was great.
