We were a little nervous when we started the process by calling for an estimate. After meeting with our salesman Chris all our fears and concerns were addressed and relieved. Our service was started about a month earlier than expected and Josh Tyree was our installer. I cannot say enough about Josh. Theses guys are very professional and know exactly what they are doing, the job was clean and they did not cut any corners, Old boards were replaced because my house is 65 years old! My walk in shower is very rewarding and worth the cost.
I am so glad I went with Westshore to replace my bathtub with a walk-in shower. The whole experience from start to finish was great. The consultant, Noah B. was friendly and professional. I had the best installation team. Soledad H. and Nado were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me apprised of the different phases of the installation. They cleaned up beautifully. Even blew the leaves off my porch. Fantastic team. Definitely will recommend.
The installers were on time, very professional, friendly, cleaned up when finished & made sure we were happy & knew how the windows worked when they were finished. I highly recommend West Shore Homes.
