The walk-in-tub is top notch! Danny N. And Case K. did a fantastic job on our tub remodel. They showed up on time and were very professional doing the job. They were so polite and informative. Answered any questions that I had and made sure everything was to my liking� s. I would definitely hire these guys to do my bathroom remodel anytime. West Shore Home was a little pricey but well worth it! Thanks guys for a job well done!
The technicians were prompt, courteous and neat. They arrived, explained the process and went straight to work. The work was finished before 1 p.m. which was much sooner than I anticipated. GREAT JOB!
From the time I had the free estimate I was met with kindness and professionalism. The pricing for West Shore was much better than the other estimate that I had. Which was great since I had already signed as soon as they finished their estimate. For the installation Imani L and Britt T were on time. They were very professional and explained everything. They listened to my questions and answered everything. They took excellent care and time to install my windows and did an absolutely amazing job!
Mark and Drew were professional and experts. We are very pleased with the new windows.
