On time. Professional. And a real passion for getting the job done perfectly. Our new shower is beautiful. Better than what we were expecting. Finished a complete demo and installation in less than 10 hours. Cleaned up everything and hauled all demo'd material, including an old tub. Starting from the first contact with Kyle great customer service than you have Julie from customer service she preform miracles on get the job done faster. Then you have Derek and Rick who came out to install the shower did a fantastic job shower looks amazing also has really great customer service. Then with a change order we have Aaron that came out to install the bench very professional guy great work. I would recommend west shores to my friends and family.
