Excellent staff that arrived on time. Introduced themselves and explained the whole process, draped everything, verified measurements and completed the replacement of doors and windows with exemplary results. Extremely satisfied
Ethan and Tyler did a great job. They arrived on time, covered furniture and floors to keep clean. Explained what they would be doing. Showed me drain test and what work had to be done under the old tub. Installed the new shower and checked with me on placement of the seat, grab bars and shelfs. Finished in good time and cleaned up. I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower and would recommend West Shore Home and Ethan and Tyler to anyone that needs this type of work done.
The whole process was real easy. David Lennox answered all my many questions and helped guide me through the process. New walk in shower looks amazing. I love it!! Ivan and Brandon did the demolition and the installation. They cleaned everything up afterwards and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service!!
