I have been pleased from the beginning of this project. Everyone was on time and knowledgeable from the consultation (Dan), to the man taking the measurements, to the install. The explanation about the window was well presented and accurate. I was super grateful that there was no "hard sell" and no one pushed me to buy more than I wanted. Dennis B and Michael F were totally professional, were extremely neat with floor coverings (on a very heavy rain day) vacuumed the area and were totally courteous and professional. The cost was well within our budget and the results were fantastic! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Need a spa tube removed and walk-in shower installed. My West Shore Home crew was wonderful, professional and very efficient. They worked together and got the job done ahead of schedule and cleaned up after all work was done. They ask me about all placement of customer selected items and explained all processes. This was a wonderful job and experience- I highly recommend West Shore
